Thank you for your interest in KingsBottle wine and beverage refrigerators. We are happy to announce effective from 2016, our warranty has been upgraded from a 1 year to a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
2 YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED)
KingsBottle provides a warranty that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (2) years from receipt for both parts and labor.
3 YEAR WARRANTY (+$99)
Extends the same warranty as the 2 year warranty for a period of 3 years.
5 YEAR WARRANTY (+$149)
Extends the same warranty as the 2 year warranty for a period of 5 years.
WARRANTY DETAILS
The following applies to all warranties provided by KingsBottle.
If your wine cellars or beverage refrigerator is not operating, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the wine cellar. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the wine cellar. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2 full year from date of receipt. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your orginal order toward a replacement.
Extended warranties are available for an additional cost at the time of purchase or up to 30 days from the unit being in home (These warranties will extend 2 year warranty to 3 or 5 years). Under all warranties, if KingsBottle determines the unit to be defective and in need of replacment, return shipping will be paid by KingsBottle.
